Installation of DUBLEZ Product using Foam Tape

Important information before installation:

1. Placement Planning: Choose the exact spot for the product. For multi-part products, lay out the pieces on the floor first to visualize their arrangement and overall size.
2. Painted Walls: If your wall was freshly painted, allow it to dry for at least 30 days before installing the product. This ensures the foam tape will adhere properly.
3. Surface Suitability: For rough plaster surfaces, foam tape may not hold effectively. In such cases, consider using nails or assembly adhesive.
4. Assistance: Installing with a partner is recommended. One person can place the product while the other checks from a distance to ensure it’s applied straight.
5. Indoor Use Only: Foam tape is not recommended for outdoor use, as temperature and humidity changes could cause the product to detach.

1. Installation of DUBLEZ Product Using Foam Tape:

1. Measure the Wall Placement: Mark the exact spot on the wall where the product will be mounted.
2. Prepare the Foam Tape: Carefully peel off the green protective film on the foam tape.
3. Attach the Product to the Wall: Place the product straight on the wall, as once attached, it cannot be moved. Press firmly on all areas with foam tape to ensure strong adhesion.
4. Allow Adhesive to Set: Wait 24 hours for the foam tape to reach its full adhesive strength. After 24 hours, press on all taped areas once more for extra security.

1.1 Products with Pre-Applied Foam Tape

If your product already has foam tape applied, installation is simple. This method is typical for smaller products or lightweight items. Follow steps in Section 1 above.

1.2 Products Without Pre-Applied Foam Tape

Foam tape is available separately here. Each package includes 1 meter of tape, divided into 10 strips of 10 cm each. If needed, you can cut the tape into smaller pieces with scissors.

For products without pre-applied tape, follow these steps to apply it yourself:

1. Apply Tape Strategically:
   
   
   1. Place the tape evenly across the back of the product to ensure full support, avoiding gaps where parts may lift from the wall.
   2. Avoid applying tape too close to the product’s edge; keep it about 1 mm from the edge to prevent visibility from the side.
   3. Press the tape firmly onto the product to secure it.
2. Complete Installation: After applying the foam tape, follow the steps in Section 1 for mounting on the wall.
