Technical Information for Products

1. Wood Properties - Wood and wood-based products are materials that are "living," meaning they continue to work. These properties are inevitable and are a natural part of the wood, and therefore the product cannot be considered defective. This mainly involves the movement of the wood, such as slight twisting. These movements are caused by humidity, air temperature, and water. These factors most significantly affect the stability of the wood.
2. The thicker the material used in production, the less the wood will work. Fiberboard materials work the least.
3. Each product is unique as it is made from wood, a natural material, or from wood-based material. Therefore, the wood fibers may be arranged differently than shown in the product photo, which is not a flaw, but rather, it makes each product unique and original.
4. Fiberboard (MDF) is susceptible to water, so do not expose products made from this material to direct water or in rooms with extremely high humidity.
5. Wooden materials - plywood and solid wood may develop mold in rooms with high humidity, especially in places where the wood cannot "breathe," e.g., when in contact with a wall.
6. All dimensions and weights on the website are approximate.
7. Almost all of our products also feature a small logo of our company. The logo is tiny, subtle, and not very noticeable.
8. Some product types have pre-applied double-sided foam tape on the back. The foam tape is very strong and durable down to extreme low temperatures as well as high temperatures. If you need to remove the product from the wall, we recommend first cutting the foam tape from behind the product with a long metal knife, and then carefully removing the remaining pieces of foam tape from the wall. We are not responsible for any damage to the plaster/wall.
9. Some products include white adhesive putty in the accessories. If you use the adhesive putty to attach the product or part of the product to the wall and it detaches over time, it may be due to a poor wall surface, air temperature, or humidity. We are not responsible for any damages.
10. Due to the production process, our products may have a certain "scent." This scent is caused by the production process - burning. Some people find it pleasant, others do not. This burnt wood aroma usually disappears completely within 10 days and is not considered a flaw. It is natural for wooden products.

Maintenance of products from the DUBLEZ

The products from the DUBLEZ are very low maintenance and their care is very simple.

• Washing the products: Since the products are wooden, we do not recommend washing them with damp cloths. Wood is more sensitive to water than other types of materials. If you want to wipe dust off a DUBLEZ product, we recommend using a regular duster.
• Lifespan of the foam tape: Some products have pre-applied foam tape on the back, which you use to stick the product to the wall. The foam tape is of high quality and strong, and will serve its purpose just as well several years from now. The degradation of the material is minimal or almost non-existent.
